Our processing facilities and many of our products are certified organic by OCPP/Pro-Cert Canada Inc., Canada's leading organic certifying body. By virtue of agreements between OCPP/Pro-Cert and government regulatory departments in the United States and Europe, our certified products meet organic standards set around the world. Kosher Certification

All of our products are certified Kosher by VAAD HA’IR of Winnipeg, Inc., an internationally recognized certifying body. Our pickles fall under the pareve, or neutral, category of kosher foods, which includes fruit and vegetables. What makes a pickle kosher? Simply, it must contain no ingredients contrary to the Jewish dietary laws, and the knives and machinery used in their preparation must not be used for cutting or processing forbidden foods such as pork. Furthermore, a Rabbi must regularly inspect the processing facilities.
